Please note that the Miniball game today has been cancelled due to BMS maintenance. Apologies for the late notice, we have just found out that both courts are unusable today. The game will be rescheduled (date & time tbc).
We are thrilled to welcome Taki Rua Productions back to our kura this Wednesday afternoon!

Taki Rua Productions is a national kaupapa Māori performing arts organisation, and we are very excited to have them sharing their mahi with our tamariki once again.
RERE ATU TAKU POI

This year, Taki Rua will be performing Rere Atu Taku Poi.
Rangi loves doing haka, but performing poi is his favourite — even though his classmates say poi is “just for girls”. When the lead poi performer becomes sick just before a school performance, Rangi has to step in and take her place.
How will the other students and the audience react?
Surely a boy can't lead the poi?
This is a wonderful opportunity for our tamariki to experience live theatre while exploring themes of identity, courage, inclusion and challenging stereotypes through kaupapa Māori storytelling.
Whānau are very welcome to join us for this special performance.

A reminder of our Wear a Wig Wednesday to support Child Cancer. Please come to school in your PE gear and wearing a wig, also bring a Gold coin donation to support Child Cancer. If you dont have a Wig dont worry... you can have a crazy hair day! Thank you everyone for showing your support.
We look forward to seeing all our wonderful students at 5pm tonight.
Our final show will finish at approximately 7pm. Please meet your child in their classroom to pick them up.

To help make thing things easier and a few less lost socks in the lost property box, all students wear their PE gear to school on Wednesday
For the evening shows, students must arrive by 5pm wearing their PE uniforms. Students are to go to their classrooms. Year 7&8 students please meet in the hall to get ready.
